G3 RMS optimizes pricing for BAR. With Continuous Pricing, it can also optimize pricing for the following other products.
Feature | Description |
---|---|
Linked Products |
G3 RMS can optimize pricing of products that are linked to BAR, like Advanced Purchase or Bed and Breakfast package, based on the demand for each product. Or you can define the value of the products. |
Independent Products | G3 RMS can optimize pricing for other products whose demand is completely independent from the Primary Priced Product or from Linked Products. One example is |
Group Products - |
Group Products provide automated pricing and availability for groups without calculating their profit and displacement like a Group Pricing Evaluation. Similar to Linked Products, G3 RMS can also optimize pricing for group products that are linked to BAR . An example is pricing for small groups that request a quote from your brand website or a third party booking site. |
Aside from rate shopping data, G3 RMS can display or use the data from the following subscription services to improve its forecasts and decisions by better anticipating market changes and compression.
Feature | Description |
---|---|
STR | With a Smith Travel Research (STR) integration, you see the STR Competitive Set Data in the Summary table of the At a Glance dashboard. STR data helps you understand how your Occupancy %, ADR and RevPAR compare to your competitors' historical data. |
Demand360 | Demand360 product provides competitive market booking data, including pace information by market segment, which gives insight into future demand. The Demand360 option in G3 RMS allows the data to influence the system's forecast and decisions. You can also view the data on a Demand360 dashboard. |
Reputation Management | Reputation Management provides insight into how guests review and rate your hotel compared to how they review and rate your competitors. When enabled, the reputation data influences pricing in G3 RMS. |
These can help you capture the most valuable business that makes a positive impact on revenue and profitability.
Feature | Description |
---|---|
Channel Costs |
In Channel Costs, you provide G3 RMS with the cost for acquiring business through your booking sources or channels. You can compare those costs to other key performance indicators in the Business Insights dashboard. |
Component Rooms |
If your property has virtual guest rooms that exist only when two or more physical guest rooms are combined, use the Component Rooms feature in G3 RMS to help you optimize your revenue. It considers the component rooms in its forecast and decisions. |
Data Feed |
Use the Data Feed to export many types of G3 RMS data to use in your Business Intelligence system. Examples of the types include data from your reservation system, decisions, forecasts, user activity, overrides, and configuration settings. |
Extended Stay Forecasting and Optimization |
By default, you view and override demand for lengths of stay (LOS) of one to eight nights. If a lot of business at your property stays longer than eight nights, this feature enables you to view and override demand for LOS greater than eight. G3 RMS analyzes the amount and distribution of booking data beyond LOS8 and might create groupings, like LOS 9-20, 21-36 etc. Otherwise, it displays LOS9+. This feature impacts how you set up market segments and requires the use of stayed (vs. booked) data. |
Function Space |
Apply your revenue optimization strategies that you use for your guest rooms to your function rooms to maximize the overall function room profit. Function Space identifies function room demand patterns and forecast future demand. |
Group Pricing | This feature provides profitable group quotes to help you decide whether to accept a group and at what price. G3 RMS uses your group setup to calculate the group's revenue, profit, and displacement. |
Last Room Availability (LRA) |
If supported by your Reservation System The primary reservation system, like a PMS or CRS, that provides data to G3 RMS. The data from that one system is used by the RMS to forecast, optimize and produce controls. The controls are sent to all selling systems, which for some integrations may exclude the reservation system., LRA restrictions enable G3 RMS to automatically send controls that prevent LRA business from displacing higher-value business. |
