Check Demand Levels against Revenue
Use this report after you analyse the Daily Demand by Status report. Use it to verify demand levels that you set in your Demand Forecast. For example, take a date with High demand level. Your selection was based on the amount of bookings for that day. But does the high number of bookings equal high revenue? If most or all of the bookings bring low revenues, you might want to change the demand level to Medium. By doing this, your pricing for future enquiries aligns better and results in fewer Lost/Cxl Lost: the client decides not to hold a prospect or tentative event at your venue. enquiries. Similarly, a Medium day might include many high-revenue bookings and justify a High demand level.
