Support for SmartSpace

If you have access to open a case in IDeaS Support, sign in here: https://ideas-sas.force.com/client.

If you need support but cannot open a case, send an email to SmartSpace Support: smartspace.support@ideas.com.

Managing Cases

Create a New Case

  1. Sign into IDeaS Support from here.
  2. Click Request Support.
  3. In the Open a Case window, select the property name that the case applies to (under Account ID).
  4. Select SmartSpace as the Product.
  5. Select the appropriate Case Type and Case Reason.
  6. Add a detailed Description of the case.
  7. If needed, click Upload Files to attach supporting files.
  8. Click Submit to send the case to IDeaS.

Manage Cases

Use email to respond to requests for more information from IDeaS. Reply to emails that you receive and, optionally, add any new attachments.

To view all cases or close a case, sign into IDeaS Support. You see a list of cases for your property. Click a case number link. You can add comments and close the case when it’s resolved.
