Rate Plan Production Report

Generate or schedule the Rate Plan Production report to view a Pick Up or Change report that shows the productivity of selected rate plans. You can select up to 25 rate plans at a time.

Reporting Steps

  1. Click , then Reports, and then Rate Plan Production.
  2. Select the desired report style.
    • The Pick Up Report shows the pickup activity for occupancy, revenue, and ADR on books. It measures activity from one nightly optimization to another nightly optimization.
    • The Change Report compares data from a past processing to the current for occupancy, revenue, and ADR on books. You select an Analysis date range, and then select an Activity date from which you want to see cumulative change for each day of arrival. You can then compare the current values for each day of arrival to the change that took place from your selected activity date to the current date.
  3. Select the Analysis Start Date and Analysis End Date:
    1. Click the default date.
    2. Complete one of the following options:
      • Enter a date in the Selection field.
      • Select Specific Date from the menu. On the calendar, click the single left or right arrows to navigate between months or the double arrows to navigate between years. Click the appropriate date in the calendar and click Apply.
      • Select Rolling Date from the menu. Select the System Date or choose to offset the System Date by a defined number of days by selecting either System Date - or System Date +. Enter the number of days to offset the System Date in the Selection field.
    3. Click Apply.
  4. Select the Activity Start Date and Activity End Date using the same date selection method that you used to define the Analysis period:
    1. Click the default date.
    2. Complete one of the following options:
      • If you selected Rolling Date to define the Analysis period, choose either Last updated date or Last updated date - and enter the number of days to offset the last updated date in the Selection field.
      • If you selected specific dates to define the Analysis period, select the date from the calendar.
    3. Click Apply.
  5. Select the desired Rate Plans to measure. If necessary, when there are numerous rate plans in the list, filter rate plans by entering a name in the Search box.
  6. Click >.
  7. Select a report Format:
    • Select On Screen to open the report in a new browser window. Use the paging buttons on the bottom of the window to page through multiple windows of data.
    • Select Excel to open or save the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
