Saved Reports

Use this page to generate reports for which you saved a version with specific criteria. For example, every day you run a Pick Up/Change report with the changes since last night's processing and for the next 14 days. Instead of selecting the same options every day, you save that version so you can quickly generate it from this page.

Note: Your saved reports are only available for the property that you saved it for, but your saved reports are available for others at the same property.

Steps

Saving Reports

You can save a report if your System CEO assigned you Read Write permissions.

  1. Click , then Reports, and then the report for which you want to save a specific version.

  1. Select the options you want to save.
    Note: For the start and end dates, you must use Rolling Date, not Specific Date.

  2. Click Save. The Save Report window displays.

  3. Enter a unique name for the saved version of the report, for example, Changes Since Yesterday for Next 14.

  4. Click Save.
    You can now run this version of the report from the Saved Reports page.

Running and Managing Saved Reports

  1. Click , then Reports, and then Saved Reports. Your saved reports display.

  2. To run a report, click . The page of the selected report with the saved options displays.

  3. If needed, change the Format, then click Generate.

  4. To change the version of this Saved Report, update the options, then click Save.

  5. Click Save again to confirm the same name. You return to the Saved Reports page.

  6. If you don't need a Saved Report anymore, click to delete it.
