Delphi Integration
This topic provides an overview of the data integration between G3 RMS and the Delphi sales and catering system. Once it's set up, you can start a booking evaluation from your Delphi system. The integration completes the evaluation details in G3 RMS with the information from Delphi, so you don't need to enter booking info in two systems. After you generate and save the evaluation in G3 RMS, its result is sent back to your Delphi system. The integration is available for Group Pricing or Function Space evaluations.
Steps
Setup
Complete either the Group Pricing or Function Space setup steps.
Running an Evaluation
- In your Delphi system, select the booking you want to evaluate. Click Evaluate Booking
- If you are signed in to G3 RMS, the New Evaluation page opens.
- Review and, if necessary, complete the fields. See Data Details below for how the fields align between the two systems. See Group Evaluations or Function Space Evaluations for details on the G3 RMS steps and fields.
If you use a temporary Undecided (or To Be Assigned, TBA) function room, you must replace it with a specific room.
- Click Generate Evaluation.
- Once the results display, click Save Evaluation. The results are sent back to your Delphi system. You can find them in the booking as an open activity called "Evaluation Results."
Data Details
The tables below show how fields align between G3 RMS and your Delphi system. "Not applicable" means that a G3 RMS field is not completed by the integration. The field might not exist in Delphi or can't be used by G3 RMS for some reason. If necessary, enter the value manually in G3 RMS.
