Days to Arrival
Use Days to Arrival to vary the discount of your linked products based on days to arrival. For example, you might want to offer a larger discount for guests who book 30-60 days to arrival than for those that book 0-30 days to arrival. In this case, create ranges of Day of Arrival-30, 31-60, and, if needed, 61+.
Once set up, you can apply the arrival ranges to products in the Defaults and Seasons tabs. Note that to support this,

Click the add icon to add a range of days. |
Start | The first day in the days to arrival range. Your first range defaults to a Start day of the day of arrival, or today. After you define the End day of the first range, the next range starts on the previous End day + 1. |
Days Including Today |
Enter the number of days including today when the range ends. The Start day for the next range will be the end date of the previous range + 1. For example, if your first End day is 14, the next Start day will be 15. The final range ends in "+", which indicates that all future days in the Optimization Window are included. |
Number of Days | The number of days in the range, counting both the Start and End days. |

Click the delete icon to remove a range. If you delete a range that is applied to a product, the Days to Arrival pricing adjustments for the product are removed from the Defaults and Seasons tab. Review the product's settings to ensure they are still correct. |
Start Date and End Date (example) | The dates display an example for each range that you defined. The example uses the System Date, the Start, and Days Including Today from the same row. This helps you understand the impact of the ranges you define. |
- Click Save.
Adding New Ranges to Existing Products
If you add a new range and already have products with Days to Arrival pricing in the Defaults or Seasons tab, the products become inactive. A warning icon displays for them on the Pricing Configuration page, because their setup is incomplete. Edit the products to set up their pricing adjustments for the new Days to Arrival range. Then select the Active checkbox on the Available Products page to reactivate the product. If the product's Upload checkbox was selected, you need to reselect it.
