Reputation Performance

Use the Reputation Performance chart to understand how your reputation score impacts your performance. For the selected past period, the chart compares your property's reputation score against RevPARClosed Revenue Per Available Room. The total room revenue divided by the total number of rooms (capacity). This helps you evaluate changes and trends in performance over time, see scenarios.

To use this, your property must have a Reputation Management subscription.

Chart Steps

  1. Click and then Reputation Management.
  2. Click Reputation Performance.
  3. Click the Start Month and End Month to change the displayed period. You can select a range of past months:
    • Click the date button to select a new date range. A date selector window opens.
    • Click the left or right arrow to select a different year.
    • Click a month button to select the month.
  4. Select the Key Performance Indicator to display as a comparison to the reputation score.
  5. Click Generate to refresh the results after changing the date range.

Interacting with Reputation Performance

  • The default period for the chart is 12 historical months. If data is available for less than 12 months, only the months for which the data is available display.
  • The X-axis shows the selected time frame by month.
  • The primary Y-axis measures historical reputation scores.
  • The secondary Y-axis measures your selected Key Performance Indicator.
  • Bars represent the average reputation score by month.
  • Click an item in the legend to remove it from the display.
  • Point to data points or the bars to view the reputation and performance values.
  • Click the export icon to export the data behind the chart to a spreadsheet.
  • Click Reset to reset the period and Key Performance Indicator filters back to the default values.

Use the Reputation Performance chart to do the following:

Identify Opportunities to Drive Rates

For example, an increase in your average reputation score should be accompanied by an increase in average ADR. If that's not the case, you might have an opportunity to increase rates.

Quantify Revenue Opportunities

As you accumulate reputation data, use the chart to quantify the revenue opportunities that you gained by integrating your reputation performance into your revenue management strategies.
