Multiday Out of Order Overrides

Use Multiday Out of Order Overrides to give G3 RMS the correct out of order information when it should ignore that information from your Reservation System The primary reservation system, like a PMS or CRS, that provides data to G3 RMS. The data from that one system is used by the RMS to forecast, optimize and produce controls. The controls are sent to all selling systems, which for some integrations may exclude the reservation system. . Review Out of Order Overrides for when that applies.

Override Steps

1. Click and then Out of Order Overrides.
2. If necessary, use the From, To, and Day of Week filters to change the date range and the days of the week for which you want to add or change multiday overrides.
3. Click Multiday Override.
4. Enter the value in the Override column for each room type. Select the Delete checkbox to remove an override for a room type.
5. Click Apply.
6. Unsaved changes are highlighted in yellow. Click the icon to revert the changes for a day. Click Cancel to revert all changes.
7. Click Save to make your changes final.
