IDeaShare

Use IDeaShare to make G3 RMS work better for you by suggesting improvements to IDeaS. Add your ideas and vote on ideas from others. IDeaS reviews all ideas and updates their status so you know which ones are are picked for development.

Note: The System CEO of each property manages which users have access to IDeaShare.

Steps to Manage IDeaShare

1. Click IDeaShare .
2. All ideas are displayed with two lines of its description, the number of votes that they received and the number of comments .
3. Click Trending to change the default view, for example, to sort by the top ideas or to view only those that are under review by IDeaS.
4. Click the magnifying glass to search for an idea.
5. Click the bell to view changes to ideas that you created or that you voted on.
6. Click an idea to view its details.
7. The full description and comments display. The number of votes for the idea displays in the box with the arrow . Click the box to vote for this idea. The box turns blue and the number of votes increases. Click the box again to remove your vote. You have one vote per idea.
8. Type to leave a comment. You can add a picture, for example, a screen shot of G3 RMS to clarify what you refer to. Click to Submit your comment.
9. To return, click BACK TO ALL POSTS.
10. Click Add to add a new idea.
11. Add a short title and the details of your idea. Add a screen shot to clarify what you refer to. Click CREATE POST to submit your idea.
